Refund Policy

Our refund policy follows California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) regulations.

Cancellation Period

Students who cancel within 7 days of signing the Enrollment Agreement receive a full refund (minus non-refundable registration fees).

Withdrawal After Classes Begin

Refunds are prorated based on:

• Hours of instruction received

• Administrative fees allowed by BPPE

• CDPH-approved refund formulas

Non-Refundable Fees

The following are not refundable:

• Registration/application fees

• Background checks

• Live Scan

• Books, supplies, uniforms, and equipment

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds are issued within 45 days of approval.
